Job Vacancy: Field Sales Executive – March 2018

In recent years Beninca UK have experienced rapid growth in a competitive market place within the Gate Automation and Access Control industry. As a subsidiary branch of a global company, Beninca UK has become one of the biggest assets for The Beninca Group and is one of the largest gate automation distributors in the UK.

The company now has a large number of regular accounts and is experiencing ever-increasing levels of new business. Due to the increase in demand, we are looking to extend our sales team and have created a new position of External Field Sales Executive.

We are looking for a professional, motivated, forward thinking applicant to fit within and compliment a small, friendly team. A strong work ethic with a good telephone manner is crucial as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure and to multi-task. We are also looking for a candidate who is organised and has the ability to work alone, managing their own time in generating new sales opportunities as well as looking after a number of existing accounts.

The role will offer some challenges that we expect any candidate to be able to thrive upon and complete in a detailed and professional manner.

Working closely with our existing sales team and our General Manager, the role will provide contact at every level in the sales process with new and existing clients from initial enquiry, quotation, order and dispatch. You would be expected to carry out sales visits to customers and prospective customers at least three days per week with the remaining days used as admin days to create new appointments and follow up on previous appointments.

A proven sales track record is desirable but full training will be provided. Sales experience in a customer service or customer facing role is essential.

Job Vacancy: Internal Sales Support – March 2018

Our new internal sales person will provide a vital role in processing customer orders and taking on various roles to maintain a smooth day to day running of the business. The key part of the role will be to provide full time support for the external sales team in a position that has been created through the growth of the company. We are looking for a new staff member to assist in turning a reactionary and firefighting internal sales team into a proactive, go-getting unit.

Working closely with our external sales team and our General Manager, the role will provide contact at every level in the sales process with new and existing clients from initial enquiry, quotation, order and dispatch. There will be commission available on reaching quarterly sales targets

We are now seeking to recruit a keen individual, who wants to begin their sales career. Full product and system training will be given, but we need someone here who is organised and enthusiastic, with a great telephone manner, able to multi-task and who could cope with a demanding role. Initially, the position will be office-based, but it will become field-based after a successful period of training. The candidate must be able to drive and will also be expected to demonstrate good verbal and written skills.
