Job Vacancy: Administrative Coordinator – July 2016

Our new Administrative Coordinator will provide front line services within our busy sales office. The key part of the role will be to provide full time support for internal and external staff members, taking incoming calls and distributing where necessary.

As a vital part of a small internal team the role will offer enrichment through variety as there will be duties and responsibilities attached to all aspects of the company. However, the core focus of the role is administrative based to aid our business development, helping Beninca UK achieve increased market share and company growth to the next level.

Full product and system training will be given, but we need someone here who is organised and enthusiastic, with a great telephone manner, able to multi-task and who could cope with a demanding role. The candidate must be able to drive and will also be expected to demonstrate good verbal and written skills.

Job Vacancy: Sales & Technical Support Assistant – July 2016

Our new sales person will provide a vital role in processing customer orders and taking on various roles to maintain a smooth day to day running of the business. The key part of the role will be to provide full time support for the external sales team in a position that has been created through the growth of the company. We are looking for a new staff member to assist in turning a reactionary and firefighting internal sales team into a proactive, go-getting unit.

Working closely with our external sales team and our General Manager, the role will provide contact at every level in the sales process with new and existing clients from initial enquiry, quotation, order and dispatch. There will be commission available on reaching quarterly sales targets

We are now seeking to recruit a keen individual, who wants to begin their sales career. Full product and system training will be given, but we need someone here who is organised and enthusiastic, with a great telephone manner, able to multi-task and who could cope with a demanding role. Initially, the position will be office-based, but it will become field-based after a successful period of training. The candidate must be able to drive and will also be expected to demonstrate good verbal and written skills.
