GOLDEN TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All Golden Ticket special offer orders are to be placed under the Beninca Automation UK Ltd Standard Terms & Condition of Sale.

 

  • The prices for any special offer exclude VAT & delivery.

 

  • Your normal trade account terms apply.

 

  • If purchasing on your credit account, your credit account must be up to date to qualify for the Golden Ticket discount, all orders are approved prior to dispatch by management and under complete discretion of the General Manager.

 

  • Beninca Automation UK Ltd reserve the right to refuse orders for Golden Ticket redemption.

 

  • No other promotional offers can be used in conjunction with Black Friday / Golden Ticket offer prices.

 

  • Only 1 Golden Ticket can be used against once single order (invoice).

 

  • The Golden Ticket holder will be able to place a single order invoice between January 2nd 2024 to February 29th 2024 and maintain the same buying prices as the Black Friday invoice from the original order**.

 

  • *Matching buying prices for the Golden Ticket invoice to the Black Friday Invoice of 2023 is available on all Beninca Group products. Third party suppliers will be down to the discretion of management.

 

  • **If Beninca Automation UK Ltd receive altered purchasing conditions with the original supplier (third party) then those cost increases will be expected on the Golden Ticket invoice. The same mark up from the original Black Friday invoice will be applied to the Golden Ticket invoice.

 

  • Only one Golden Ticket can be awarded against one Black Friday invoice. Multiple qualifying invoices or accumulative invoice values do not apply.

 

  • If the Golden Ticket is used on an invoice placed with your credit account, total discretion of the management is applied. If your credit account is not up to date or trading terms have not been met, Beninca Automation UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel any Golden Ticket offer.

 

  • When redeeming your Golden Ticket you may order the same products codes and receive the same prices as paid on the Black Friday invoice 2023 The above discretion applies in terms of potentially increased costs prices from 2023 to 2024.

 

  • You may order lower or higher quantities on qualifying products than your Black Friday 2023 order, whilst stocks last.

 

  • You can only receive the same discount as we applied during Black Friday 2023 if the product code exists on your Black Friday invoice. You can match the order for product lines, quantities can be different. Minimum order quantities must be applied.
