Returning an Item... No Problem.

We want your experience with Beninca to be smooth and hassle-free, even when it comes to returns. Below, we’ve outlined our returns process to assist you.


Unused/Unrequired Products:

We accept returns with no questions asked. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can exchange or refund any brand-new/unused products. No RMA number is required, provided the product is in perfect condition and can be restocked by Beninca. When returning an item, please include essential information inside the packaging: Order confirmation, Invoice Number, and Reason (“Returned for credit”). This ensures swift processing by our warehouse team upon receipt. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to contact our team. 


Warranty Returns:

For products purchased directly from Beninca within the last 30 months, customers are required to generate an RMA number below. After completing the Returns Request, you’ll receive an email with a returns form, including the RMA number. Print and include this form with the returned product. Our team will then be in touch to discuss your options.


Third-Party Products:

Please be aware that some third-party suppliers may require a returns number directly from their technical team before returning items via Beninca. If you need to make a third-party return, please contact our sales team – contact us. 


Special Order Products:

It’s important to note that Beninca reserves the right to decline returns for products ordered or specially made for a customer unless they are faulty.
