Description
The 8901 series codelocks are self-contained vandal-resistant digital keypads with blue backlit keypad buttons to highlight the codelock in dark environments. The keypads are robust and very reliable and are available as flush or surface (with rain shield) units with a matt 316 grade brushed stainless steel finish. The 8901 keypad includes 3 relay outputs and 2 switched 0V push to exit inputs (for relays 1 and 2 only). The keypads also feature adjustable back EMF protection on each relay. Depending on the version of the codelock, the number of access codes that can be programmed range from 3 codes for the 8901 series (1 code per relay) and 1000 codes for the 8902 series where each code can activate either of the relays or both. The codes can be 4-8 digits in length and the relay outputs can be programmed from 1-99 seconds for the 8901 series or 1-255 seconds for the 8902 series or if required they can both be set to 0 for latching mode.
