BeUP is available for download on both ios and Android. Created specifically to keep our professional installers informed and armed with the latest product information, all whilst working in the field. Via the BeUP app, our trade customers can access and download Benincà documentation, including datasheets, technical sheets, and even certificates of conformity.
The app has several features including an online training section, making it easy for installers to view product tutorials on the go. Along with access to the latest news and catalogues, the app even allows installers the ability to operate control units, within its programming and diagnostics section. This remote programming feature is reliant on the PRO.UP board which we expect to be available towards the end of Summer 2022.
Using the PRO.UP board, the app recreates the structure of the control unit menu; each function is described in detail so that the installer has everything at their fingertips. Once the new PRO.UP board has been connected to the control unit, the installer can see on the app the status of the gate, the inputs and can send commands. There is also the option to adjust the parameters and logic, read error messages and even update the firmware of the control panel, all via the app.

You will then have 24-hour access to unlimited resources that could help assist you when installing Benincà products.
