Loyalty programme
As teased at our 2023 Open Day, we’re delighted to confirm the official launch of our brand-new Benincà merchandise collection. Designed with our installers in mind, each item is stylish, durable, and extremely practical. Alongside the release of the brand-new collection, we are also very excited to announce the launch of our brand-new customer loyalty scheme. This sets out to reward and thank our most loyal customers. As of January 2024, we are asking all customers to either opt in or out of the scheme, once registered, we will then track each customer’s total spend throughout the year. How the Customer Loyalty Scheme works:
All qualifying customers that have opted into the scheme will then have their total spend converted into points. Customers will then receive an update at the end of each quarter confirming their total points accrued. (March, June, September, December 2024)
Customers can then pay with points, redeeming them against a range of stylish and functional workwear from our Benincà branded merchandise catalogue. View the catalogue here
Dual Branding:
One of the most exciting features of our corporate wear is the opportunity for dual branding. Now, you can proudly represent both your own brand, alongside Benincà. This creates a unified and professional image for your team that speaks volumes about your commitment to excellence in the gate automation industry. Please note there is a one off set up fee chargeable to each customer at £25.00 for personalisation, with the logo supplied by the customer.
*Any customers that have not earnt sufficient points can still obtain Benincà merchandise at a cost.
Terms & Conditions:
- Whilst dispatch/collection/delivery lead times may be indicated to the customer in good faith, items are subject to availability at the time of order processing and we accept no responsibility for any delay in supply.
- Full risk in the goods passes to the customer immediately once the Goods are delivered to the destination nominated by the customer.
- Benincà Automation UK Ltd shall not in any circumstances accept liability for any damages, compensation, losses or other liabilities either direct or consequential.
- The descriptions and illustrations contained in our catalogues, price lists, and other advertising matter are intended to present a general idea of products. All such illustrations, specification, patterns, and designs are our copyright. We reserve the right to alter specifications, patterns, and designs at any time.
- Dual Branding. For each unique customisation, the customer must provide their logo file and cover a one-off set up fee of £25.00
- Where applicable, merchandise may reference CE. CE marking indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
