What is the Customer Loyalty Scheme?

We have recently launched our brand-new merchandise range, aimed at rewarding, and thanking our most loyal customers. We are confident that this is our best range yet. The new Benincà merchandise collection has been designed with our installers in mind, ensuring each item is not only stylish but durable, and extremely practical.

How does the Customer Loyalty Scheme work?

All customers who have opted into our loyalty scheme will have their total year-to-date spend converted into points. Customers will then receive an email confirming their total points allowance.

Following the points accumulation, customers will then have the option to use these points as a form of payment, redeeming them for a huge range of fashionable and smart yet practical workwear items from our Beninca branded merchandise catalogue.

Can I place an order without points? 

Absolutely! Even if you don’t have sufficient points, you can still place an order. The items will be charged in pounds instead, with each item’s points converted directly to pounds. For example, if a jacket is 69x points, it will be charged at £69.

What is Dual Branding and how does it function? 

Dual Branding allows our customers to incorporate their logo onto our merchandise. This feature is available for all items except headwear. Our dual branding has a one-time setup fee of £25 and each item undergoing this customisation will cost an additional 10 points.

What’s the next step after I submit my order request?

Once you’ve submitted your order request, our team will generate an official quote and send it back to you as confirmation of your order. This quote will provide a detailed breakdown of any additional charges, such as those for dual branding or exceeding your free points allocation. After confirmation, the merchandise will then be processed.
