We are delighted to have recently welcomed Faith to our growing team, joining us in an apprenticeship role. Faith will be based in the office and in her role as a Junior Business Administrator, she will provide vital support to the team internally. Alongside administrative tasks, Faith will be answering the telephone and welcoming guests, so please do give Faith a very warm welcome.
Jack Crawford, Assistant Manager here at Beninca UK and Faith’s designated mentor, commented ‘It’s fantastic to have another young apprentice join our team. Faith impressed us in her initial interview being extremely professional and displaying great customer service skills, so we were delighted when Faith accepted the job offer. I am looking forward to watching Faith learn new skills and grow into her role over time.’
In her spare time, Faith enjoys trying to train her dachshund puppy who is very misbehaved, she also loves shopping and going out to eat with her friends. Faith studied at Kennet School, and during her secondary years had a few part-time jobs, including working at a salon and then a restaurant. Faith commented “Sixth Form just wasn’t for me and I began to look for an apprenticeship which is how I first discovered Beninca. Since starting at Beninca, I feel happy with my decision to leave school, I really enjoy the tasks of my job role, whether it’s organising or invoicing, to emails or creating spreadsheets. The team here are a very lovely, genuine group of colleagues that couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’m really fortunate that I’ve joined a company that I feel will help me with my future targets of getting into marketing.”
