The most popular DoorBird range, the D21x-Series has recently seen a change to the way it comes packaged. Many of our customers have been accustomed to purchasing these units with the backbox and power supply included. However, DoorBird is now changing the way products should be purchased. In an effort to become more sustainable and to ensure that only the necessary products are used, thereby reducing waste, customers must now order the surface mount or flush mount casing separately, along with a PSU if needed. The most popular method for powering them continues to be using a third-party POE switch.
